This Science Center inside Fair Oaks Mall is amazing! We finally went this summer and my kids and I had a blast! Park near the Dick's Sporting Goods entrance for the closest entrance. They have so many hands on experiments, live animals, demonstrations and the friendliest staff. My kids chose 3 experiments at the lab including making Galaxy Slime and Shark Tooth ID. Next in the Tinker Lab they could pick 3 more activities. All organized and with clear instructions, sometimes on an iPad. We also had a fun animal encounter with a Ball Python. The energetic and helpful staff were always there to help! My kids want to return again soon as they change their experiments often. There is a dedicated area for babies and young kids but I would say best for ages 3 - 9.

Spring and Summer Break Camps on sale now!

The Lab's camps offer kids an opportunity to explore STEM concepts in a fun, exciting way. Our experienced team of STEM educators collaborate with small groups of campers to create, design, tinker, and more. Camp themes include slime, space, earth sciences, physics, and more! We offer single day camps for Spring Break, and week-long camps for the summer (single Day Camps offered the week of July 4th).
