Summers Farm Fall Festival is located just northwest of Frederick, Maryland in Middletown. Beginning mid-September, Summers Farm Fall Festival has all the family fun! From a huge corn maze, pumpkin patch and tons of farm rides. They also have a Sunflower Festival in August and sometimes September!
