The Yards Park DC
Washington, DC - Park
The Yards Park is a cool spot for families any time of year. In the Summer they have the coolest water feature in DC. A huge wading pool and fountain. 🅿️ Did a loop to find street parking but nothing was available so parked in The Yards Lot Q right behind District Winery on 4th St. and Water St. SE. Weekdays its $2-2.50 an hour and weekends its $1.50-$3 per hour. As a mom driving into DC, I love having this lot available if I can't find street parking! 🍦 Ice Cream Jubilee is one of the best in the city (and awarded best for 5 years I think!) Loved their Passion Fruit Guava (non-dairy) and Cherries Jubilee!
