Lake Accotink Park is a special park in Springfield Virginia. What makes this park special for me is this little sandy peninsula pictured here, the dam "waterfall" and the lovely dam wall bike trail The Carousel, Mini Golf and Paddle boats fees are on website. Large parking lot by the railroad bridge and a smaller lot near boats and carousel. Big Bathroom pavilion. Parking is plentiful and at least 2 separate bathroom facilities. They have pedal boats and kayaks to rent Monday Thru Sunday (check the website for hours and prices.)
